How we use and protect your details

Controller and purpose. ShareVolt Energy NI will use your details only to assess interest in its Northern Ireland residential battery pilot, respond to you and plan suitable next steps.

Lawful basis. We rely on our legitimate interests in assessing and developing the pilot and responding to your request. We do not add you to general marketing lists through this form.

Storage, email and retention. The submission is stored securely by Cloudflare in an EU-jurisdiction database. We share your name and email address with Brevo only to deliver the acknowledgement you requested; it is not used to add you to a marketing list. We retain the submission for up to 12 months, then delete it unless you join the pilot or ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights. You may ask to access, correct or erase your details, restrict or object to their use, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Data-protection contact: info@sharevoltni.co.uk.
