How we use and protect your details

Controller and purpose. ShareVolt Energy NI will use your details to understand market interest in home energy technologies in Northern Ireland and send a registration acknowledgement. If you opt in, we may email you once when the business is ready to launch.

Lawful basis. We rely on our legitimate interests to assess market interest. We rely on your separate consent for the optional launch update. Your details will not be used for other marketing or promotional campaigns.

Storage, email and retention. Your submission is stored in Cloudflare D1. An internal notification is sent without your personal details. We share your name and email address with Brevo to deliver a registration acknowledgement, not to add you to a marketing list. Each record is marked to expire after 12 months; expired records are removed when the form next receives a submission. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

Your rights. You may ask to access, correct or erase your details, restrict or object to their use, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Data-protection contact: info@sharevoltni.co.uk.

Your details are used to understand market interest. A single launch update is optional. No other marketing or promotional emails. No full address, energy usage or device login details are collected.
